Minor: The Conduit room was sealed of completely and had to be dug into to access, it's implied on the wiki it should be in the same room as the dead generators (which actually was connected to the rest of the map)...

For some reason achievements aren't unlocking. When I started the game I unlocked ''The Mine'' and ''Sanity Lost'' (I assume I shouldn't have unlocked the latter one straight away since I hadn't lost sanity). Later after dying I unlocked ''The End''. But I haven't unlocked any of the other achievements even tho' I finished the game....
