It's not as simple as you think it is, because language isn't just about different words, it is syntax and suggestive dialog and things like that which don't easily translate. Also, people complain when it takes a year per episode for ONE language, so how long do you want it to take to do the episodes, then add translations, and when adding translations will delay work on the next episode.
Look at your game, it's great, if you can't make a translation at the moment, let others do it
It's something the community only makes the workshop available for that
Look, I just installed a translation for the game, it's not very difficult
Unauthorized mods can screw your game, possibly will generate bugs when you play S3 and DPC won't help with these, it's definitely NOT recommended.
