It's not as simple as you think it is, because language isn't just about different words, it is syntax and suggestive dialog and things like that which don't easily translate. Also, people complain when it takes a year per episode for ONE language, so how long do you want it to take to do the episodes, then add translations, and when adding translations will delay work on the next episode.

It also relates to how to validate the quality of the translations and ensure they have the same impact as the English version. Derek's jokes for example. He'd rather focus on the renders and the story.

Unauthorized mods can screw your game, possibly will generate bugs when you play S3 and DPC won't help with these, it's definitely NOT recommended.

It's not going to happen, so just stop. You wanted to know why and you have the reason.
