Here in Brazil, this game without sale cost 300R$, Elden Ring costs 220R$, God of War costs 199R$, hell even Final Fantasy 15 is at sale right now for 50R$.

Is this like a regional price or something?

Not sure if this was answered but I think some regions like Brazil suffer from borderline illegal currency conversion. Saw some game earlier this year being more expensive then the original pricing in some regions like Brazil even after equal conversion. You can check too be sure but I think Pirate software talked about how he won't change the price of his game for those specified regions, so it might be something similar to this. Hope this helped.
