Look I know this game gets a bad wrap from people and I understand why. RNG can be frustrating and the game does a really poor job of a tutorial and leaves lots of aspects of the games untaught. I've grown to love “As Far as The Eye” and it just takes a bit to understand the nuances because the Story is not very good at showing you how. I only won 3 times in about 25 hours. So, i just had a long game (the one with many halts) with the west tribe. i was 4 halts into the game, 2 left until the eye. my current halt could get me to 2 different halts. the first halt: 1200 pepkins and gatherer lvl 2 the second halt: 600 spices, 600 game and 350 ore the problem was: my current hold (medium) had ONE game hex, 6 golden game hex, TWO pepkin hex and ONE ore hex.... like...seriously? theres no way i can train a pupil with 1 game hex to be able to harvest the golden game stuff... are ...

I think it would be a great idea to consider adding a level difficulty in the game. I recently discovered this one and I must say I'm in love with the graphics, story and the music. But, what makes me demotivated at most times is that the game is truly difficult. I cannot even finish my campaign and the normal game seems too demanding to get to the eye. Just my idea but some difficulty levels like a choice between easy/normal/hard would be much more motivating to keep playing....
