I've killed every enemy on every level but only have A rank in all missions.

On the future level if you die and press jump to continue, the game takes you to the nazi level instead of just reloading. Also, please consider letting me click the touchpad on vive to turn, rather than just gently tapping in. The status display is already assigned to the right controller's top button, so it doesn't need to be on the touchpad as well.
