Any trail disappears the same moment the cursor stops moving. It's very annoying. Is it a bug or there's an option for that?

The program is running and the mouse pointer has effects, but my desktop is black with no icons and no taskbar. When I hit my Windows key, it allows me to see my tray icons, but when I select preferences, I get the black screen again. Since the program autoloads at Start Up, I have no choice but to uninstall this until I get it worked out. GPU is 1080Ti, 64 gigs of RAM...

Got this awesome software, but it doesn't work on all my monitors. It doesn't even work on the main monitor. I have my setup for dual comp setup and on the monitor I want this to work it doesn't work.... I have 3 monitors and when I put my mouse on the monitor 1 it works just fine.... When on monitor 2/3 which are my main due to an elagato capture card I use for my streams needs that to work properly the MagicMouse doesn't work. Any help with this?...
