no you can't. some choices you made in the character creation they stay until the end. only way to do it is via mod

Or use a savegame editor (if they have been updated for 1.5 … been a while since I‘ve used one)

You can change chest size (or further down) by visiting a Ripperdoc now and choosing 'change my looks'

For the bigger sizes tho, ya need to go download ether from nexus or the Lab.

Baldurs gate 3 character creation is best, but i love how Cyberpunk females look, not like that Veilguard abominations
