Fix the bug of bandages pls

I'm unable to click the upgrade bleeding button, whenever I do it the course button responds

Good morning/afternoon or whatever time it is for you :). I bought this game a while back and unlocked everything there was to unlock; However, I discovered that I could not use the ambulances, equipment or things I used to have. How could I reset my progress so I can? Otherwise: how can I use other equipment I previously purchased? I tried re-installing the game but it's like it's saved to the cloud or something. If someone can help me that would be greatly appreciated, have a blessed day....

Clicking on the red medical toolbox button now keeps opening up course upgrades instead. It used to work but now it doesn't. Please can this be fixed? Thanks
