as the title says the game wont launch at all when i click on play it turns to launching then immediately changes to green play button nothing appears on desktop or anywhere

I played this when it first came out and never finished it. I decided to get back into it and man. The pop in's are horrible. I am talking plants, trees and shadows will literally pop in and fade away 5-10 feet in front of you. Am I alone here? (AW2)

I just finished (and loved) playing Control, so I was looking forward to playing this game. I bought it as part of a bundle along with the American Nightmare DLC. The DLC loads normally with no issues. The core game, however, starts to launch but never leaves the Steam library page. System: RTX 4090, AMD Ryzen 9 7950X3D, X670 motherboard, 4 TB of NVMe SSDD, 64GB DDR5-5600. I'm running Win11 but I have Steam set for Win8 compatibility mode. Может кто знает но у меня средний фпс 21, хотя комп полностью соответствует требованиям Если кто знает как это пофиксить буду благодарен
