Tried to play the demo today but when I ran it I hit the initial splash screen and then it instantly crashed. Tried deleting local files and re-downloading and verifying the files after I had done so and it was still crashing. A little pop up appears on crash, I managed to screen grab it. Very excited to announce that Alcyone: The Last City is out on April 2 at 6 AM PDT (April 3 at 12 AM AEDT here in Australia!). Great demo! Really enjoyed the depth of the world and looking forward to seeing the final results. Not so much a "bug," but some feedback - there's a few misspellings in the demo - the one I can remember off the top of my head is "enrolment" instead of "enrollment" Also "different to x" should be "different from x" Pretty minor concerns, but with text heavy games these little details can sometimes jar the player out of the otherwise very well crafted text....

Hello, I've played through your demo and it looks like another game, Fallen London etc, nothing bad about it ofcourse. In fact, I like these style of games and look forward to the full game release. It was quite short however covering only the internship and one event thereafter. Truly a demo style of shorts in comparison with some other demo's during Steam Fest. Hi folks, While I wait for the game to get reviewed by Valve's "Steam Deck Verified" program, this is just a short message to tell you that I've made sure the game works perfectly on the Deck out of the box. There should be nothing needed beyond launching the game itself, though you can of course remap controls beyond the defaults as you like.
