Dear BUGS 'N BOO HAGS fans, friends, and family:

As a result of new business partnerships formed in the last couple of years, we have been actively re-developing BUGS 'N BOO HAGS as a "mobile deluxe edition" with new features and level designs as well as an intuitive touchscreen interface that feels very natural to gamers who are used to playing with a controller. (But we will have controller support too — the game will work with controllers like Backbone, Playstation, Xbox, and even Nintendo Switch Joy-Cons!)

This new "deluxe" version of the game will be exclusively released on iOS, but after this exclusivity period ends, we plan to give the new "deluxe edition" of BUGS 'N BOO HAGS a proper "re-launch" here on Steam and possibly on other platforms.

We're really excited about the new version of the game, which has 28 unique level designs (each with its own background music), eight playable characters, and a ton of new graphics, sound, and animation that's far beyond what we had put into the Steam Early Access version — indeed, the "mobile deluxe edition" is truly a whole new game!

So, just as a heads up, BUGS 'N BOO HAGS will be de-listed from Steam sometime on Friday, 7 June 2024. If you purchase the game now, before it is de-listed, you'll have access to the new "deluxe edition" when we eventually "re-launch" here on Steam, as the game will continue to use the same AppID.
