My game is not saving after leaving. I completed few levels, and after restarting the game I have zero levels completed. Only me have this problem?

From time to time I am finding that I am accidentally selling towers - the tower sale button is too similar to the cash collection button. If you have a tower upgrade open and you get distracted to pick up cash, it is very easy (at least for me) to accidentally sell the tower. Would a red dollar sign ("$") be more appropriate in the tower menu?...
