The baking part is fun. But if you wanna know how bad your driving is....this is the game for you.

As someone who went to culinary school, "Bakery Simulator" is not at all what baking is like. There are many steps that go into preparing the yeasted dough such as letting it proof, using warm water to activate yeast, etc. which the game completely omits for the sake of simplified gameplay. I get it, those are the "not fun" parts of bread baking, but they still could've been incorporated for a more realistic experience. Instead, all you do is throw ingredients together, let the mixer do its thing, portion the dough, then pop them in the oven. All of this takes approximately 1 minute to complete and a only handful of clicks. It's too... bare.

There is also a weird driving minigame where you navigate the city to deliver baked goods to your customers. I find it hilarious that this part is not included in the game's featured screenshots because the devs know that it is bogus busywork 💀Tell me why it takes more effort to DRIVE than to bake the actual breads itself. LOL.

Still, I'm giving "Bakery Simulator" a thumbs up 👍 because it's so cheap ($0.79 on sale) and is a kinda fun time waster. Good to spend a saturday morning on.

I absolutely love the game, its a must if you love a calm gaming experience!!
