Nonograms aren't meant to be a speedrun. From the nonograms perspective huge QoL things that are missing are auto-strike for completed lines and pencil marks (PictoQuest only allows you to either fill the cell or put an X in it).

RPG elements are intrusive via animations and at some point started clearing already filled cells. You have health which "drains" over time via enemy attacks and as such you are forced to distract yourself with it and use in-game items like health potions to prolong attempt in solving the puzzle.

Generally this experiment to combine two ideas is a huge failure. Lots of stress which is the exact opposite of what nonograms are for. Heavily not recommended, avoid at all cost.
