I created a special offline version and a tutorial which you can use to customize these changes to your wishes.

Unfortunately Steam blocks recently Mediafire links within the chat and also directly on the threads and posts.

Please mark the whole line above with your mouse and right-click to select "Copy". Then paste the link into your browser and remove the two "spaces" in www. mediafire. com and it should work to download the file.

Manual installation:

1. Copy the file "my_stellarisglobalchanges.mod" and the folder "my_stellarisglobalchanges" to this folder:

C:\Users\YourUsername\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Stellaris\mod

2. Navigate to this folder:

C:\Users\YourUsername\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Stellaris\mod\my_stellarisglobalchanges\common\defines

3. Open the file "my_stellarisglobalchanges_defines.txt" with a text editor

I recommend to use "Notepad ++"[notepad-plus-plus.org] as sometimes the internal Windows Text Editor doesn't save the file as the correct type.

4. You can change these values to your wishes

If you don't want a specific change at all, then you can delete the whole line. All remarks which are written after "#" are the descriptions.

5. Save the file

6. Launch STELLARIS and activate "My Global Changes" in the Mod launcher

You should not activate my subscribed "Global Changes" in the mod launcher if you use your own "My Global Changes" as it would obviously conflict.


For further reference about other possible values please check the vanilla file "00_defines.txt" which is located in this folder:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Stellaris\common\defines

It is recommended to not change any values directly in any vanilla file. Please check the related Paradox links below for further modding informations.
