Compatibility Patch for Bretonnia Reskin

Description
As the title suggests, this is a quick patch to make both of my Bretonnian unit Packs compatible with dryrain's Bretonnia Reskin mod (which in my opinion is the best Bretonnia reskin out there currently).

This patch will work with both the Vanilla and Steel Faith Overhaul versions of my unit packs. Links are below.
