Reikland base units Lore Friendly reskin

Description
This mod provides an overhaul reskin of State Troops that basically adds Artillery Crew's costumes to regular State Troops, and also tweaks Reikland uniforms' colors, setting these with more white and off-white than red, as it should be in the lore. The red has also been fixed from Crimson (as in Vanilla) to Scarlet (orange-red), as it should be as well.

It is best used in combination with my new Lore Friendly units mod(s), for which links are provided here:

@franz_huber100 Like Redman said: Red & Blue are the colours of the city-state of Altdorf, which is independant from Reikland itself, although it happened that Karl Franz is both count-elector of Reikland and prince of Altdorf. But still the utter majority of Reikland uniforms would be white and off-white with coloured elements (blue, black, red... mostly red though).
