Thanatos Strike Fighter Type A

Additional Notes:

the thanatos performs weaker than the other medium/heavy fighters, however it features 2 platforms for firing torpedo style weapons. simply build your torpedo blueprint onto the rotor and lock the landing gears associated with them. there is no default setup for controlling the weapons though, so if you attach something you'll have to work that in yourself. the red strip of blocks acts as a placeholder when you don't have anything attached.

above and below the Thanatos' generators on each wing is enough space for 4x Rocket Launchers, so take advantage of that if you wish to use it for heavy CAS. as far as Gatling guns are concerned, there are attachment points inside the wings, but the default attached gun is below the cockpit (see screenshot). this means it is much further back from the nose than previous designs. this should give you more surgically accurate shots compared to the Icarus and the Artemis, which are displaced towards the sides.

this aircraft has no built in decoys but they may come in the future as a Block Upgrade. i'm simply strapped for time from now till friday.

last but not least, this aircraft has had very little survival testing. any feedback will be greatly appreciated. i'm under the impression that the aircraft may not accelerate very quickly due to insufficient hydrogen production, so if you experience that, please let me know.
