Death to all shout

Description
There are many shouts the dragonborn can learn in skyrim but there is one shout that was forgotten.
The dragon known as Alduin could shout a word so deadly his foes would fall down before him.
A mighty gladiator known as Vericus stood before Alduin and against all odds pushed through his deadly shout and struck Alduin right on the nose.

Alduin retreated but the power of the word still coursed through Vericus' blood and he was slowly dying.
With his last breath Vericus uttered the word onto the pages of a book so that others may use Alduins shout against him.

The book was long forgotten... until today! Rumors have been heard that the Jarl of Whiteruns' son is in possession of this book.

can you please make it an actual shout rather than a power? I find it very annoying that I can only use this or the voice of the emporer a day. :/ or at the very least make it a spell of some sort? thanks

hmmm any chance at converting this to an actual shout or spell versus it being a power that can be used once per day? Otherwise pretty cool.
