I tried to make a completely new file in /governments or something but it did not work as it failed to prevent other countries from adopting the government type used in this mod while I was testing the game. In fact, the AI ones adopted it long BEFORE the Glorious Revolution event fired at all.
I will need to research this now that it's been a couple patches later and perhaps someone has discovered a solution to this. Will try to give an update on this by the weekend if I can, as I'm currently enrolled part-time in college (history major, w00t!) so I will be slightly busy.
v1.12.1 - 15 August 2018
------------------------------------------
-[FIX] Fixed the event for announcing election victory of the Patriot Whigs durng a general election between 1721 and 1742 where an option would not show if you chose a different party.
-[FIX] In an event for the Whig prime minister selection from 1742 to 1761, William Pitt the Elder will no longer appear as an option unless Lord Wilmington died.
-[FIX] Election victory announcement events for 1761-1784 should now properly remove Lord Shelburne from the office
-[FIX] Election victory announcement event where no party secured majority in Parliament should now remove all Prime Minister modifiers immediately.
