I also don't remember if the way i did it affects NPCs but it hopefully shouldn't

Been awhile but it only affects the speed you gain XP in skill and not the cap

I don't think NPCs level up, so if this is only xp then of course it doesn't work for NPCs.

I've noticed that exp up mods don't work with the newest update. is this version up to date?
