Anonymous Carthaginian Roster Expansion (ACRE)

Description
This is an extremely robust roster expansion, rebalancing and reskinning of the faction of Carthage. The initial version is limited to the roster expansion and reskinning, but further changes will come to vanilla unit balance as well as further reskinning to bring Carthage to completion. I aim to represent the faction as authentically as possible, and therefore have used Europa Barbarorum as primary source for the unit depictions and descriptions. All credit goes to them for all of that heavy lifting and research. Roma Surrectum and Classical Age Total War also played a part in realizing some of these unit designs. All additions are balanced with vanilla stats in mind, as ever trying to keep additions relevant and useful without being overpowered. Additions are supported by new unit cards, with more to come as the mod is updated.
The unit count addition is somewhere around 19, though some of those are not brand new designs but recreations of vanilla units made to be given exclusively to Carthage. You can now find Iberians, Numidians, Balearics, as well as additional African, Libyan and Carthaginian units. The additions are divided amongst the two chains of the military main building, you will find the Numidians, Iberians and Balearics in the auxiliary barracks line. Carthaginians, Libyans, Liby-Phoenicians, and Africans can be found in the heavy barracks line.

**All stats depicted in these screenshots are not final, and are subject to change. But they can still serve to show you the name and description of the units. I do expect to change many of these screens though, and maybe adopt a new format for presenting units.

Please report any problems or bugs you might encounter in the mod so I can resolve them as soon as possible!

****NOTICE FOR USERS WITH THE MOD OUT OF DATE WARNING****
Every time Rome 2 is patched any older pack file with a last modified date before this patch is considered out of date. New patches don't always break mods, and unit packs are pretty survivable as patches are concerned. Enabling out of date mods in the launcher will let you run my mods just fine if you encounter this problem, you can also use a third party mod manager.

Thank you all for following my work, and I hope you've enjoyed my unit packs.

I can recruit the new units of this mod however their Unit names don't show up at all so I just see the stats and the part where it's usually displaying the name is missing... help?

Yeah ! At last I find the mod where Carthaginians are non white and non black people. They were a mix between people from actual Lebanon and from actual Maghreb (north Africa) , this is more they were like i think, THANKS

Fantastic units, I really like them, I'm doing a naval mod with new soldiers embarked, I would also embark these. I will give all credit for your work.

Discovered this mod a week ago and my only dissapointment is that when playing Nova carthago or libya, you can't recruit the awesome general units. Feelsreallybadman. Nevertheless, very nice mod.

I'll have to update it later, didn't get to the computer after work and now I'm going back. I'll get to it as soon as I can.

Thanks again!

I didn't add them to custom battle permissions as you can't usually play them in custom battle. It's not an interference, it's another table where I'd have to copy the entries for the client faction. Thought you meant they weren't showing up in the campaign. I'll copy the entries over after work today.

They're in my campaign, but somehow I can't access the units in custom battles (except for carthage). Idk if it's just me though.
