Unless something is actually not working, you can ignore that. Game says that each new verson even if the files related to the mod haven't been changed

DoF is off.
I set the mod back to default and but still nothing. its as the first screenshot.

Works fine for me. Did you test it during bad weather? Is DoF is on by any chance?
