This is a version of the mod without any additional states made by request for compatibility reasons. Original mod can be found here.

Inspired by and some assets used from a mod by FreshCash.

Basically, adds a possibility to split the Soviet Union into all Soviet republics plus Siberia for puppetting purposes.
For German and Japanese conquerers there is an option to have an alternative split along the 70th meridian.

All the newly created countries are nothing special, have a generic Focus tree.
