It's a vanilla/base game issue.
Delete the settings.txt in
C:\Users\yourpcname\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Stellaris

and restart

I've downloaded the new update and it crashes every time I click on "new game". Do I have to roll Stellaris back to a previous build?

hi is there any way for the Borg to upgrade the main admin/government building on a planet they capture? (i cant seem to upgrade the planetary buildings, which show a small upgrade icon in the corner of the button, but when you mouse over it, it says that the main central building needs upgrading first)

but that main building never seems to be upgradeable

I have just rediscovered Stellaris with your AWESOME Mod again, after playing it only when Stellaris just came out (but those days your Mod wasnt there sadly)

But one thing bothers me very much:

The Speed of the Space Battles is MUCH too high (even with toggled slow in the Q - Menue)
Those Space Battles tend to felt epic, but with this insane Speed as it is now, its feels like Wasps zipping around each other :(

Can you PLEASE add an option to slow iot down to a crawl ??

I just noticed that the mod crashes when you click on the earth as a federation. But I'll try the old version. thanks for the quick reply ↑^

I assume you're on the correct stellaris version 4.0.21?

We will update the mod to 4.0.23 on sunday if no serious issues pop up.

The game crashes on the map 'pre Tng Lore Milky way Galaxy' (3000 stars), right after you load the universe with its different nations. No other mods except the two New Horizon mods, and no self-created nations.

How can i conquer bajor as Cardassia? Everytime i try they stay indipendent. Thx for helping.
