The Grade for august is : 3+

the august wasnt a good month at all and deserves normally the grade 4- or more bad but in end of august the leadership was more focussed on our goals again and we worked very good.

I still miss that every leader is doing his job well, some are talking more than doing something ( i will not say names )

The leadership is generally still to focused on unimportant things often

what i also miss is the activity on the pages ( not on all but i talk about all cause i dont wanna say names and talk about single legions )

COMMENTS DISCUSSIONS ANNOUNCES are very important to keep us active and to show the comuniity how good organized we are

Leaders who think they have a golden star but dont need to do anything will see that we monitor everybody exactly and we are also changing leadership positions after a while when we see they only letting the others doing the work
We have several leaders in the legions that not 1 leader has all the work because everybody shall have fun too but that dont work when only 3 of 6 leaders in a legion doing their job
