Game keeps crashing after Custom Battle
Hi,

Great mod, but everytime i finish a custom battle, i press "end battle" it gets to the loading screen and then crashes.

I have cleared out shogun 2 data under app data/roaming, but this does not seem to cure the issue.

Does anyone have any suggestions, or is the mod just not compatible with custome battles?

Chris

I get that problem whether I have mods installed or not. No idea what causes it. Only custom battles do this, campaign ones don't.

I'm having the same problem, 100% in Custom Battles... but 40% randomly in campaign map as well... Again, same as Bilbo, mods or not.

I'm way above min game reqs too, so I dont know what's going on :/

I managed to fix this.

First - Enable "Hidden folders". If you're using Win7 just type in "Folder options" in the search bar, but if using Windows10 open up windows explorer and click "View - Options - View - Then tick "Show hidden files and folders". (This method also works for Windows 7 if folder options search didn't work but you will have to click the ALT key to get the "view" menu)

Second - go to you this folder path "C:\Users\Chris\AppData\Roaming\The Creative Assembly\Shogun2\logs" (Replace Chris with your username). This Folder path will only be available if you followed step 1 correctly.

third - Open up the "modified.log" file.

Fourth - Delete everything in this file so that it is blank

Fifth - Go to "C:\Users\Chris\AppData\Roaming\The Creative Assembly\Shogun2\scripts". Open up the "user.scripts.txt" file. And delete everything from there.

Then try a custom battle to see if that fixes the issue.
