I mean that you don't have bow at start even if you have the building(so the building doesn't do anything)... Which I find stupid since they invented the bow in 7000 bc. I am not saying that the bow units are useless.

Please guys don't be unrespectful for that, the first guy only misread what I was saying, which is: If you have the first archery building without the tech, like the chosokabe, you can't build any bow unit. It's the only building that does that.

try using the correct version, this is for Fall of the Samurai so the Chosokabi is in the wrong campaign for this mod to work, you would need the Shogun II campaign version
