I am having the exact same problem. I've tried moving, rebuilding, turning things the wrong direction... Not sure what happened today. The vents on working systems just stopped working.

I kept messing around with different configurations and figured out that when I connected a red pipe to the large intake fan (that had a blue pipe connected at a different corner) the blue vent stopped blowing aire but the new red piped vents worked fine. I disconnected the red pipe network and the blue pipe network vents started blowing again.
