Germany WW1 1918 start
I was playing as germany and drove off the french and the british away from Africa and then I managed to sneack a division to the south french border (troops from italy) and then the french started sending alot of divisions in the south and i told myself "great i'm gonna win" . Since i strat bombed their forts/trenches the push was gonna be easy untill i noticed that the ottomans werent in my faction/at war with the entente and then i got an event that made all central powers faction leave . After that i got a defeat even even tho i was gonna win ? pls explain

You can win easily as Germany starting in 1918. With the new man the guns dlc, there is no more navy for the countries since the mod hasn't been updated yet. I managed to rush the first submarines to get naval superiority. Then, just naval invade some northern ports in France. Then, repeat the process until you capture all the northern ports in France. They will capitulate if you take Paris, which means the end of the war if you activate the scripted peace conferences. Having the only navy in the world also means that you will destroy A LOT of convoys (about 50 per week). I managed to capitulate France in 1922
