The events for the division of the Ussr are very broken,some of them fail to fire for some reason

Also Finland keeps getting some land near the volga river

After the division of North America, Japan gets the west coast and the events for creating the Japanese Pacific States and Japanese Central States fire, but not the event for creating a North American puppet for Germany. Running 1.6.1 with all DLC without any other mods active.

Also, for some reason you require control of Quatar in order to create the SS-Staat Burgundy.

Thanks for the rewport, it's no fixed, the Quayar state thing is related to the new states in 1.6, I didn't see that in particular.

The UK and Japan is missing their navies. Running 1.6.1 with all DLC. This mod is the cause as deactivating the mod fixes the problem.

Must be another mod, this mod does not mofify any navies and in all my tests UK and Japan have their navies. More info in what mods are you running along might help to a better answer.

I deactivated all mods and even re-installed this one and the problem persists.

The only think I can think off is that you check your Game Cache, you can be missing core files

The UK and Italy are missing their navies. Must be mod as i have checked. Using 1.6.1 and all DLC. Deactivating the mod fixes the problem so must be mod.

Currently having an issue with the Don Wolga Event not triggering, so I can't form it or expand Ukraine. It had just worked in another save.

Solved, sorry, it was indeed an error in the hystory files of bouth countries, should be fixed by the next hotfix.
