I just ran into this game while returning to cold war supremacy. I'm having trouble understanding where, for example in your play video, you were getting more money throughout the game.

Hello again. On step 6 of the game setup, each player starts with 5 money cards. These are played on a neutral spy. During the setup, each player places a card until they have 2 left in their hand. In Gameplay, a player will always have 2. If they use an action to play a money card, they would then draw another to always keep 2 in hand. Let me know if this makes sense.
