The eagle in the game already should just be replaced.
I never liked it and even this one is a bit too small, although the fact that this one fits the soldiers personallity so much better is also really awesome, isn't it?

whats really stupid is someone at valve saw this, & didnt realise theres an EXACT duplicate ingame already. you think the TF2 team is small now? With both this, and the lobotomization of the jojo's referance item, somebodies getting fired.

i mean, weve had items in the past that look extremely similar, but they were still different.

this is just an eagle on the right shoulder, and having a second style which adds a helmet, doesnt make it different from the already existing eagle on right shoulder cosmetic.

the only, ONLY way(s) to fix this?

1. Valve removes this item from the game

2. valve updates the existing cosmetic to have this as a second style

3. the creators of the items make one of the eagles go to th other shoulder, or god vorbid valve gets off their lazy asses and does it for them
