disagreeing with all classes
Spy looks more fitted with the outfit.
Also, for alll classes, it will be hard to make/program/or however you use sfm.

Let the creator do what (s)he wants, I personally think it looks like more of spy cosmetic than a All Class, but that is just me, maybe give Scout a suit, I say scout because of Expiration Date.

I think it fit for Spy
Other class like Heavy, Demoman, Pyro, Soldier wont fit it, they will look weird because these kind of suits are not their style, but the one who make this cosmetic cando anything they want.

Well, I mean, Scout already has Frenchman's Formals. But I still wouldn't like this being all class. Let the creator do it if he wants. But I feel like the Dapper Don wouldn't fit on the other classes.

Why not make it like that other bowtie than can be applied for medic and spy? They both are fashionable people.
