Chosen values unbalancing
I was very excited to see this mod when I found it. However after some inspection I noticed that the values for the races are somewhat unbalancing and out of sync with the oblivion model. FOr example in this mod Orcs are overpowered and Elves are generally under powered. Orcs simply start with more stats than anyone else, where as in Oblivion the sum total of stats always was equal, fostering the idea that everyone had a chance to be great but may have to rely on different skills to get there. Though its not by a lot I found that this diversion from the spirit of the diverse reaces to be bad enough to not use the mod, despite being subscribed. I have done a little math on what would be more balanced. If there is interest in seeinf it let me know. Thanks

You ran into the "double menu bug". No skills should start that high or in the negatives. This is known to happen if you click the "Change Race" button from the CCO menu. I'm sorry I could never squash the bug :/

Stats are calculated per attribute equations used in Oblivion/Morrowind. In those games there were additional attributes (e.g. intelligence, speed) that Skryim cut out, which is why some races/gender are slightly underpowered. Keeping with TES lore, I did not deviate from those attribute calculations. That said, there are other less quantifiable benefit of playing a particular race/gender, namely your appearance.

Complete balance was not the goal of this mod. Each choice has trade-off and you'll have to decide what you can or can't live with.

I agree with the TC. I created a Breton mage (male) and his starting stats were magicka and stamina 100 and health 60. How is this balanced at all? I have lower health but no extra magicka, for example, to help offset this change? It's like starting with a handicap with no upside.
