Stats?
I like the design, however, I would like to know what the stats are, as well as potential set bonuses.

i like this design to but give it like airblast bonus or crits bonus

i guess air blasts would be stronger and cheaper

probably a 50% increase to force and a 20% to range
airblasts would cost 10 ammo

damage delt by flamethrower would be a -20%

for the thing that looks like scorch shot, +25% ammo, +30% damage to self and blasts your self 25% higher on flare jump? and full set bonus maybe 25%health gained on kill in air.

the only problem with the full set bonus you have in the fact all jull set bonuses are cosmetic

It should be something like the air balloon from Advanced Weaponiser:
