When i load it gives a red error message

Well, that can't be good. I just loaded the game myself and didn't notice any issues myself.
I would suggest changing your load order. Try putting Soybeans under the Core, if that doesn't work try putting Soybeans at the end of your load order.
Without knowing what mods you have installed, there is really nothing I can do to help. If you could list the mods you are using or figure out what mod(s) are causing this, then I might be able to do more.
So, I did a little test and found, this is working as intended. That error message is to tell me, there are no mods that use milk in a crafting recipe.
The Soybeans mod should still work regardless of this.
2. I have tried moving your mod around in my load order to different places, but the effect is the same. Removing your mod removes the problem.
