I am aware some of those mods apply to FoTS or RoTS [roots of Japan is RoTS], some crossover with FoTS.

I include them all anyways, since, if it runs with the rest of them, why not use it?

Some are taken from Sorry Shot You's mod collection for his scenario mods. Credit to him for those. They may be labedl 'essential' or 'optional' but I discovered that they work w/o his scenarios.

12tpy is called - 12 turns per year but Expanded already has 12tpy :)
But its easy to find as it's on the first page of most subscribed mods list :)
I thought somone said that it don't work with this mod I will test it.

What about - Upgraded Encampment Line
I did like this mod but found it to OP and not in keep with what I was after in a mod, still very good though.
