Plop the Growables
This mod prevent building from being auto bulldoze
I think because of this mod that make all zoned building to be persited against road missing and no desinated zone. Force me to bulldoze every single house manually. Is this an unwanted bugs that hasn't been fixed for years or a feature?

I think this is the solution... first, you put on the zoning color thingy then you plop the growable

I think you missed my point. The problem isn't the plop building, it's the Vanilla Growable building or I can say "all the building in the game" refuse to be buldoze on their own and player have to manually buldoze every single of them.

auto bulldoze don't have anything to do with it cause I DON'T USE AUTO BULLDOZE. Auto demolished is Vannila things when building aren't supposed to be there when their zone is gone or when there is no road in front of the building. But this mod prevent zoned building from being demolished for any reason. Historical or not, the building stay there (every zoned building)

Sorry to have offended you but your title does say auto bulldoze not the auto-demolish. I am fully aware of the difference otherwise I would not have asked the question I did.

What are your settings in the Plop growable options menu?
same here, vanilla buildings that have no road connection or are outside of zoning wont despawn.

When you dezone an area, buildings don't check to see if they are outsize of their correct zoning, and thus don't demolish. You'll need to do it manually.

You can select + delete multiple buildings using the Move It! mod

Hope they would add an option to toggle that on/off. Else I can't use their mods.
