apparently you need to run the game in 32bit.

There's no way to save since the Creator disabled it in the Files.
To check your Health-Status open your Inventory and click on the Red-Coloured Words in the bottom left of it.

It was disabled on purpose so I doubt that's gonna change...

i died like 10 times because i didnt knew i was injured, they use something like ACE but without the interface, wich makes it pretty difficult to use
