If you are wondering why without the kyber crystal your lightsaber still has a gray blade it is because of probably an animation mod which in my case was the "Melee Animations by Epicguru" if you have the same mode with me go to the mod settings and turn off weapon animation in the first section. if you don't have the same mod experiment a little bit turn off the mods which adds animation, melee, weapons, executions, stances and stuff
