College is currently killing me, and I'm doing what I can, when I have the time

I have my own imagined steampunk\alternative history universe. I think there should be real countries in state of their greatest times. For example France with Napoleon or some prototype, Prussia with Friderich II \ German Empire with Wilhelm II, Great Britain with Georg III, some Italian republic \ federation, Russian Empire with Petr I \ Catherine II. As opportunity to add air supports I suggest steampunk airships or some air ironclads to provide bombing or paratroopers. Same with some land vehicles: it would be great to add some WW1-like tanks, like A7V, Mark tanks, or any another pre-20th century prototype machines. There'll be good to add some changed versions of real machines, like hand-wielded Gathling, or Mitrailleuse for machine guns, cartrige-loaded rifles like Dreise's, Chassepot, Berdan's rifles with deadly damage and 2-3 seconds of reloading. I can suggest hundreds of ideas, as they are live in my head for a long time, but ill just wait for ur reply, if ya liked this.
