What will this do? [Stats]
+Upon drinking: +75 max hp for 12 seconds, +50% fire resistance for 8 seconds

-15% recharge rate

When +75 hp wears off, it becomes overheal and quickly goes back down to 125 hp.

My original idea was a Stat Salad, so I had to cut down a bit.

If drunk:
maybe +45% damage resistance, but -20% (-30 maybe) recharge rate.
If thrown:
pink milkshake on enemies makes them take minicrits.
I like the thrown concept more, but either way it should be fun.

I think this is a throwable weapon.

-Lasts 8 seconds without medic/dispenser
-Slows enemies by 10%
-Gives teamates a 3 health per second buff
-Soaked teammates do not count as wet (to avoid scouts helping the enemy)
-Soaked teammates have a different particle effect to soaked enemies (to avoid confusion)

Maybe something like 15% extra lasting hp, and because its cold, something to counter pyros? Like less after burn, less fire damage, or if this is helpful at all, no after burn delt? Maybe to add is freeze bullets, that can slow movement and if its not too overpowered, slower weapon switch and attacks per second? Maybe we need some kind of balance to this, like a weakness to scout, because im hoping this much power is only lasting like 5-10 seconds, something to either screw with people from afar or help alot with pyros after burn after killing one before you die from it, trust me a pyros after burn after death always comes so close to your death before your able to fix it
