Broken Item Durability 0 % = gives random 1-2 scrap Items quantity random (1-2,1-3)
If the Item have no crafting Recipe, the smelter get the Repairentrys for the Reimbursement.
Item haven't Repairentrys, gives 3 scrap Items random quantity (1-3)
Scrap Items can craft back to useable Material
