EDIT: I'm saying it's a NON-Explosive Melee weapon. The stickybomb in top would be like the one spiked ball of the common morningstar.

Can be reused.
Wearing a Shield does reduce damage taken from using this weapon.
When active can detonate the sticky on the smacker at any moment by pressing alt-fire.
Can remove other stickies. (Not the smartest idea but whatever your life not mine.)

Explosion hurts self.
For every hit that makes contact a.k.a blowing up you lose 1 sticky.
