of course it only for demo
takes away 25 health when you hit someone
+15% damage
-1 sticky bomb allowed to shoot(whas 8 now is 7)
-4% speed on wearer
acts like a shoten sticky bomb on death(if anyone trys to pick up ammo from your weapon it will explode)

Maybe it would play as a "Flail", "Blunt" weapon and not an Explosive, though it would be more useful in medieval mode.

+ +50% faster attacking speed (Because it's Easy-to-handle one-handed weapon)
+ Inflicts X seconds Bleeding (Because it works like a flail)
- -10% Damage Penalty (For being Easy-to-handle)
- -20% Damage output with every swing (Because it tires the arm)

EDIT: I'm saying it's a NON-Explosive Melee weapon. The stickybomb in top would be like the one spiked ball of the common morningstar.

Explodes on impact.
Explosion does the same damage as a single sticky.

____________PROS___________
Can be reused.
Wearing a Shield does reduce damage taken from using this weapon.
When active can detonate the sticky on the smacker at any moment by pressing alt-fire.
Can remove other stickies. (Not the smartest idea but whatever your life not mine.)

____________CONS___________
Explosion hurts self.
For every hit that makes contact a.k.a blowing up you lose 1 sticky.
Deals 10% extra damage when detonated.

I was thinking, because the demoman's a bit weird

It's a primary

Has recharge (same time as jarate)

When you throw it, it will stick to surfaces then explode after normal grenade time and will also explode if it hits someone.

-10% range

+10% damage
+10% move speed on wearer, because he doesn't have to lug around a big grenade launcher.

Pros:

+If you die while the weapon was active instead of a normal death you explode

Cons:
-10% Movement speed
-Demo starts with 125 health instead of 150

Too much like the Ullapool Caber, it'll never get in although it'd be a cool skin for it
i think this should have the same stats of the caber exept just a different look xD

Pros:
Sticks to surfaces or a person
+10% Sticky Dmg (more damage compared to normal stickies)
Cons:
No random crits
1 Use only
Need StickyLauncher to detonate
+10% Self damage
