Well yes you have to move the highertower file to your maps folder and make it a bsp file, but you also have to make sure you do not mess up a simple step. HighERtower sounds like hightower, so make sure you are loading up highertower, not hightower. I hope this helped, if it did not please tell me, I could show you how to do it by you streaming me.
