The game does well to have you and friends (If not played by self) work together to get to the 3rd floor and escape/defeat the boss. I like the tile aspects and possibly getting stuck or having to work around the tiles placed.
The game does poorly with selection of items and coloring, but the graphics are still early. I don't know about the item disappearing if you already have said item. How about have it go back in the loot and someone else who lands there rolls for an item.
I think the tabletop application could use a more crypt/dungeon image to help immerse the players into a dungeon crawling tabletop game. The cards need an update visually, as well as the gameboard. instead of 3d monsters, what about flat circles with "M" on them so you can still place the piece above it when battling.

Pretty good so far but some of the items are OP (sword and shield) and a higher variety of equipment and loot, the hero closets could use a better defined rule set. The look of the game itself could use some work and maybe a custom model for the boss of each floor to signify each ones power. The tiles could have a higher quality design to them that could represent whats in the room a bit better than a letter in a circle and of course events still need to be added which I think will add alot more in terms of gameplay.
Overall: still very fun even though I can get 72 billion pairs of boots on one floor and no hero closets, much work left to do but it certainly has potential.
