Not really. As far as I can tell it`s a bug in the base mod.

I asked the millenium dawn people too and they said its probably a submod glitch, and I've turned off some mods to figure out which one it is and its this one.

I noticed the portrait bug too, but only when I had the "Deactivate NATO/CSTO" mod on. Did you try Millenium Dawn without my mod? And did you miss every portrait or just a few? I also noticed that the general portraits for Israel were missing and that was only with Millenium Dawn activated.

I dont even have the deactivate mod, Putin is gone when I have your mod. Also sometimes China and America bug out.

Just checked it and everything seems to be fine (except Israel - there only my generals have portraits and the ones from MD not, but they even don`t appear without my mod). Don`t know where the problem is, but I couldn`t do anything about it anyway because I`m going to Norway tomorrow for two and a half weeks.
