Strange, I haven't encountered that bug in any of my games. Could you add me and send me a copy of your save and the list of mods you were using?

Sorry, i overwrited it... I use tons of mods, this may be the problem. Mainly i use those industrial mods wich add conveyer belts and auto crafters, but I also use eg. the tent mod, two energy mods, etc...

None of the mods you listed (Excluding auto crafters) should've been able to create the problem. However, I haven't been able to replicate the issue with auto crafters, so I don't believe that it is causing the issue. If it occurs again please let me know.
